I didn’t write a novel because I’d always wanted to publish a book. I wrote it because I had a story that I needed to tell. In fact, being an author was never an aspiration in my childhood.
The term “genius loci” originates from Roman mythology. More figuratively in today’s society, it’s the atmosphere of a place.
